Do yourself a favor: If you haven’t tried instant banana ice cream yet, do it now! Freeze banana slices in centimeter-thick pieces and mix them frozen in the food processor to make creamy, sweet, delicious and healthy ice cream. There isn’t really much more to say , but basically just read the recipes and get going. See examples of two different combinations in the recipes below.
This Banana – Stracciatella Ice Cream I published previously and it’s made in the same way.
- frozen banana slices from about 1 small banana
- 2 heaping teaspoons of peanut butter
- 2.5 tsp cocoa powder
- 1-3 tablespoons of water or other liquid
Mix all ingredients until the frozen banana pieces are grownd up into fragments. Drip in the water if necessary to adjust the consistency. Scrape down the sides a couple of times. Serve immediately!
